YES, the BHG requires a period of breaking in and will become more pliable and comfortable in your hand.

The BHG is made in the UK from platinum catalysed, liquid silicone rubber.

Currently we provide only Red.

Our currently available size is suitable for a medium to large hand, we will endeavour to provide small and XL as soon as possible.

For full protection it is recommended that the BHG is secured to your hand via traditional hand wraps or with gauze and tape.

We would recommend that you clean your BHG by hand with hot soapy water and leave to air dry. Applying a small amount of cream/wax before use will prevent the grenade from dragging on the skin.

No, the BHG is currently only intended for use as an aid in boxing training activities. We would discourage/warn against the use of the BHG in full contact sparring. Please check the rules for any other organisation or governing body to who’s rules you are required to follow.
